Finding my own fierce heart
The process of finding my own fierce heart has taken me across the world; through jungles of confusion; and up mountains of change so high that I never thought I’d reach the top…until I did, and when I did, I found there was always another mountain to climb. Everyday is a new opportunity to continue the process of uncovering what it means to live with a fierce heart.
Yoga, meditation and other spiritual practices have been through-lines in all my adventures and help me continually remember that my own strength and fierceness are rooted deep inside my joyful, compassionate soul. My mission is to be of service by using my knowledge, experience and gifts to guide you as you find your own fierce heart.
